I am a Safeguarding Consultant with a focus on the education sector, dedicated to fostering safe environments for children and young people.
My services include comprehensive Safeguarding training, expert advice, and consultation, specifically addressing the distinct challenges encountered by schools and colleges.
I offer customised support for Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and school leaders through supervised coaching, enabling key individuals to excel in their roles.
By integrating training, consultancy, and supervision, I aim to promote a robust safeguarding culture within educational settings.

Lisa Shaw, a Social Work England registered professional with
extensive experience in Safeguarding and Child Protection.
I bring 15 years of leadership as a Designated Safeguarding Lead in education and 10 years experience specialising in children and adolescents who exhibit harmful sexualised behaviour.
I am passionate about child
well-being and I focus on implementing effective strategies to ensure a safe, supportive
environment for every child.
